Siucra is the Irish word for Surgar!
Q: Where are you based?
A: All our handmade items are made and shipped from Ireland, and all our designs are hand drawn by our owner, Sorika.
we have partnered with several different manufactures from Europe, the United States, Australia and Asia to produce our clothing, shoes and bags!
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Our clothing is made to order
We work with several manufacturers from around the world, and orders will be shipped directly to you from our manufactures
Please allow 5 - 8 weeks for your order to reach you.
Our handmade items will be shipped directly from us in Ireland to you. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to reach you.
As our products are shipped from the manufacturers, some items may arrive separately
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: If there is anything wrong with your order once you receive it, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we can try resolve the issue.
Q: Do you accept cancellations/refunds?
A: Sorry, We do not accept cancellations. All sales are final. Once you place your order we do not give refunds or cancellations. All orders will be processed and shipped to you. We only offer exchanges or store credit.
Q: Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
A: Yes! We offer worldwide shipping.
Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: No, we currently do not accept custom orders.
